Augusta & Co is pleased to announce the sale by Arise and Platina Partners of the Jädraås operating wind farm located in Sweden to TRIG, a listed investment vehicle advised by InfraRed Capital Partners. The wind farm was commissioned in May 2013 and consists of 66 Vestas V112 turbines, and has existing power price hedges in place until 2023 for c.70% of expected production.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to Arise and Platina Partners on the sale to TRIG.
