Sale by FPCI SOLARCAP, a fund managed by 123 Investment Managers, of a 51.7MW solar portfolio to Tenergie.

Augusta & Co is pleased to announce the sale by FPCI SOLARCAP, a fund managed by 123 Investment Managers, of a 51.7MW solar portfolio to Tenergie.

The portfolio includes three ground-mounted solar plants located in the south of France, which were partially co-owned by Solairedirect and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. Tenergie acquired 100% of each project under this process.

Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to 123 Investment Managers, an independent private equity firm with a track record of over 1 GW in renewable energy investments. Augusta was appointed to coordinate an efficient, global sales process which ultimately culminated in the sale to Tenergie, an independent developer and operator of renewable energy assets with over €1bn of assets under management.

This transaction follows several successful recent sales in France by Augusta including another operating solar portfolio sold to Monaco Energies Renouvelables (M.E.R), an operating wind portfolio and three renewable energy developers.
