Augusta & Co is proud to announce the sale by Norsk Vind Energi of the Måkaknuten 95MW ready-to-build wind farm project located in southwest Norway to EWZ, the utility of the City of Zürich. The 22-turbine project is expected to generate approximately 350GWh annually when operational.
Augusta acted as exclusive financial advisor to Norsk Vind Energi on this sale to EWZ and this transaction represents Augusta’s third transaction on behalf of Norsk Vind Energi following the successful sales of the 160MW Tellenes and 294MW Bjerkreim Cluster wind farm projects.
