Augusta & Co, part of Mizuho Financial Group, one of the world’s largest financial institutions, is delighted to have acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Omnes Capital (“Omnes”), a leading European investor in infrastructure and private equity, on behalf of their funds Capenergie 4 and Capenergie 5, and its long-term partner ENOVA Power GmbH (“ENOVA”) on the sale of a portfolio of eleven onshore wind projects in Germany, totalling approximately 350 MW, to Sosteneo SGR S.p.A. (“Sosteneo”), part of Generali Investments.
The assets sold to Sosteneo will form the new operating wind platform ENOVA Generation. ENOVA will retain a minority stake and continue to manage the assets, ensuring operational continuity while supporting the platform’s future growth.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
