Augusta & Co is pleased to have acted as financial adviser to Grupotec, one of the leading EPC and O&M companies in Spain, on their partnership for a 473MWp ready-to-build solar PV portfolio.
The transaction has been closed with Glennmont Partners, one of Europe’s largest clean-energy fund managers and represents its biggest investment in the Spanish market.
