We are delighted to announce the promotion of two exceptional individuals, Romane Guitard and Harry Gibson, to the position of Partner at Augusta & Co in 2024.
Both Romane and Harry have led groundbreaking transactions and made significant contributions to the expansion of Augusta’s franchise. Romane has played a pivotal role in building and leading our structured debt and project finance advisory franchise as well as expanding our M&A advisory activities in France, the Baltics, and Eastern Europe. Harry has led many of our most notable recent transactions. He has also spearheaded our activities in repowering and oversees our advisory business in Germany and the Netherlands.
