Augusta & Co is delighted to have acted as exclusive financial adviser to Capital Dynamics in the sale of 100% share capital in a 97.3MW portfolio of operating UK onshore wind farms to Vantage RE, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian utility Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
The portfolio is widely distributed across the UK and benefits from long-term contracted revenues backed by the UK Feed-in Tariff and Renewable Obligation Certificate subsidy regimes.
