Augusta & Co is pleased to have acted as exclusive financial adviser to Renewable Power Capital (RPC) in the successful refinancing of the 146MW Klevberget onshore wind farm in Sweden. As RPC’s first operational asset in Sweden and the foundation of its now 6.5GW pipeline, Klevberget represents a significant milestone in the company’s expansion in Europe.
The refinancing package, exceeding €115 million, was secured through an arranged lender group with Danske Bank, a prominent Danish financial institution, and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), a multilateral lender supported by Nordic and Baltic countries. This 20-year financing was completed on highly competitive terms, reflecting RPC’s strong standing in the renewable energy market and its ability to establish strategic partnerships with top-tier lenders.
