Augusta & Co congratulates Ilmatar Energy on successfully securing €200 million in growth capital from Omnes Capital and a group of co-investing LPs. The investment will underpin Ilmatar Energy’s strategy to expand into a leading Finnish IPP and install more than 1 GW of new capacity by 2027.
Ilmatar Energy, a joint venture between Finnish developer Ilmatar Windpower and funds managed by Omnes, the Paris-based infrastructure fund, is building out its own portfolio of operating wind farms across Finland.
